Enclosed car parks require careful planning to manage drainage and ventilation during cleaning. We carry our own water supply and have the waste carriers licence to remove and dispose of all wastewater and debris on site.

Multi-Storey Car Parks

We work across all levels, including ramps, stairwells, lift lobbies, ticket machine surrounds and pedestrian walkways. If it is part of the car park structure, we clean it.

Our team arrives fully equipped with vehicle-mounted pressure washing systems, rotary cleaners and all necessary chemicals and PPE. We work to a pre-agreed schedule to minimise disruption. If you need us out of hours, just say so.

Step 4 — You Sign Off

We do not leave until you are satisfied with the result. If anything needs a second look, we deal with it before we go. We document the completed work and can provide a report if you need it for facilities management records.

It depends on how busy the car park is and what type of site it serves. As a general guide, high-traffic car parks at retail or commercial sites benefit from a clean every one to three months. Moderate-use car parks at office or residential buildings typically need cleaning two to four times a year. We will give you an honest recommendation at the survey stage based on what we see.

Cost depends on the size of the car park, the surface type, how heavily soiled it is and how quickly you need it done. We do not publish standard rates because no two jobs are the same. We use vehicle-mounted industrial hot pressure washers and rotary surface cleaners. Hot water is more effective than cold for breaking down oil and grease. Rotary cleaners cover large flat areas quickly and evenly without leaving streaking. For particularly stubborn staining we use commercial-grade degreasers applied before pressure washing.

Yes, in most cases. Fresh oil stains are easier to remove than old embedded staining. We use hot pressure washing combined with a commercial degreaser to lift oil from concrete and tarmac surfaces. Very old or deep stains may lighten rather than disappear completely, and we will tell you at survey stage what result to expect.

Yes. Basement car parks need careful management of drainage and ventilation during cleaning. Our vehicles carry their own water supply, so we are not reliant on access to building services. We hold a waste carriers licence and remove all wastewater and waste from the site.

A standard surface car park of around 50 spaces typically takes half a day with a two-person team. Larger or heavily soiled car parks, or multi-storey sites, take longer. If you need a large job completed quickly, we can send a bigger team. We will give you a realistic time estimate when we survey the site.
