Brilliant service - easy to deal with and decent pricing. Due to the orientation of our house, it doesn’t get sun on the back and so when the rendering gets wet it doesn’t dry off properly, allowing algae to grow. LBC were able to clean it all off and apply biocide to help prevent it growing back (added bonus, when this ran off it completely cleaned out patio too). As you can see from the before and after, the house looks brand new again! Very happy and well recommendedPosted on Noah CharlesworthTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great work from both Oleksandr and Noah, on waste removal and pressure washing/ steam cleaning in an old loading bay!Posted on Jose ACTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used this company for exterior render soft wash and the end results werefantastic. We had one wall needed further cleaning with stubborn black stains from the chimney lead flashing but was high to reach and the company head Conan was very helpful and sent another team to complete the job with cherry picker and was cleaned immaculately by two great guys Keiran and Nash.. Very happy with the results and highly recommend.. Ask for Keiran and Nash team..! Will use again.Posted on Jay MarctayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attempted to DIY pressure wash our 150 year old house to remove the carbon from the brick, this did nothing to remove the stain and just damaged the wall. I’m so glad I stopped and decided to hire LBC Exterior Cleaning. Nathan and Harvey were professional, friendly and made light work of our brickwork. The carbon literally melted off the wall!Posted on James GardnerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service and excellent operator, Misha was awesome 👌

Etched London Graffiti Removal Expert by LBC
Graffiti can quickly drag down the look of brickwork and create the wrong impression for customers, tenants and the public. Over the past decade, LBC has removed hundreds of graffiti markings from brick, blockwork and stone surfaces across London, using methods that target the paint while protecting the material underneath.
We use a proven four-step graffiti removal process designed to remove spray paint safely while protecting the surface beneath:
- Apply a specialist gel. We apply a thick, biodegradable graffiti-removal gel and allow it to dwell for 30–60 minutes, breaking down the paint without damaging the brick.
- Steam clean. Using high-temperature, low-pressure steam, we remove the softened paint while preventing erosion or surface damage.
- Remove the shadow. A second, specially formulated solution targets any remaining “ghosting” or paint shadows.
- Final rinse. A final steam clean ensures the surface is left clean, even and restored.
This method combines specialist removal products with steam cleaning to achieve thorough, long-lasting results. Steam cleaning is far more effective than cold pressure washing and significantly reduces the risk of damage. If any shadowing remains, we apply our dedicated treatment to fully eliminate it.
We carry out graffiti removal across London, covering both inner and outer boroughs. Because our vehicles are fully self-contained with onboard water and equipment, we can work efficiently at any location. For urgent cases, our rapid-response team can often attend within 24 hours.

Before and After
How We Remove Graffiti Based on the Surface
Every surface requires a tailored approach. For small amounts of graffiti on hard plastics, metals or polished stone, we use specialist graffiti wipes. For porous surfaces such as brick or stone, our steam-cleaning vehicles carry professional-grade graffiti-removal gels.
Unlike companies that rely solely on cold pressure washing, we use hot-pressure equipment that produces high-temperature steam at low pressure. This allows us to remove paint effectively without harming the substrate.
Where graffiti has penetrated deep into porous stone, we may use an Ibix system. This creates a controlled vortex of fine aggregate to lift paint while minimising abrasion. Every job includes an additional step to remove ghosting and ensure a clean, uniform finish.
Our vans are fully self-contained with onboard hot water systems, allowing us to work safely and efficiently anywhere in London without requiring access to your utilities.
Glass Film
How Film Protection Helps Against Acid Damage
Acid attacks on glass are becoming more and more frequent in London. Thanksfully ddamage can usually be polished out instead of expensinve glazing replacement. However if your glass is a hot spot for vandals, you may want to consider applying a protective film to the glass. This Provides a protective sacraficial layer. If attacked by acid the glass is protected and the vinyl can be removed and replaced. This makes ongoing clean ups easier and more cost effective.
What’s required once acid damage is “on the film” (not the glass)
This is where film becomes powerful.
If someone throws acid again and it hits the film layer:
Process
Remove the damaged film
Clean and prep the glass
Apply new film
That’s it.
No glass polishing.
No replacement panes.
No scaffolding-level glazing costs.
